PRICES:
All our prices are quoted in US Dollars. International airport tax in Yangon,
meals, drinks and excursions are not included, if they are not part of the
program.
TERMS
OF PAYMENT:
50% of the total tour price are due after we accept the booking, the remaining sum
has to be paid latest seven days prior to arrival in Myanmar. Differing agreements have to be
agreed upon in written form.
OUR
ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENTS:
Many Western countries (especially the USA) boycott Myanmar and make
monetary transactions very difficult for all of us. But this is Asia and
there's always a way... We'll give you the necessary instructions in our
invoice! Thanks for your understanding!
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation
fees will be charged as follows:
Until 45 days prior to arrival in Myanmar: No charge
44 - 21 days prior to arrival: 20 % of total tour price
20 - 7 days prior to arrival: 40 % of total tour price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 50 % of total tour price
For some parts of the program (e. g. passage on luxury ships such as
“Pandaw” or “Road to Mandalay”) as well as a stay at one of the
more expensive beach hotels higher cancellation fees might be charged by
the resp. shipping agents or the hotels. Pls. note kindly that it is
rather difficult to have domestic airline tickets refunded once
they’re issued.
FOC
(FREE OF CHARGE):
One FOC for groups with more than 15 people; maximum is two FOCs
EXEMPTION
FROM LIABILITY:
We are only acting on behalf of companies or juristic
persons. We
arrange accommodation, transports and other services. We assume no
responsibility in case of accidents, injury to health and other personal damage,
in case of death, personal losses, delays, breakdown of conveyances, labor
disputes, acts of war and civil war.
Additional costs caused by Acts of God, stormy weather or others (as mentioned
above)
caused by us or our sub-agents are not refundable.
CHANGE
OF TOUR PROGRAM:
We reserve the right to alter the program if necessary due to
reasons beyond our control or in the interest of our clients. In this case we will undertake to offer sufficient and satisfactory alternatives.
COMPENSATION:
After
the tour commences neither the total price for the tour nor for parts of the
program will be restituted, provided they are not caused by fault of us.
